Community-Based HIV Screening (CBS) Motivators are DOH-certified volunteers who can answer your questions, help you get tested privately outside of a facility, and connect you to the right services — on your terms, at your pace.
They may ask you to fill out a short form for documentation purposes, but that's between you and the screener — Vitamigo is not involved in that process and does not collect or store any of that information.
